industry's largest transactional database of sales of small and
mid-sized closely held businesses. The database, now containing
more than 30,000 transactions, is provided as a resource
exclusively for IBA members. Members may contact Raymond Carolina, our
Database Coordinator directly via email at
data@go-iba.org.
Please provide your Member number and a description of the industry and the SIC code if
available.
Submitting new transaction data
helps to keep our database up to date. Members who submit
new transaction data from recent sales will receive IBA Bucks
for each transaction. To download the Market data
