Course List

Reserve a seat in an IBA class today with your Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. Courses are taught at intermediate and advanced levels and each fulfill a certain number of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) hours you can apply toward designation. Certification programs require a Bachelors Degree or the equivalent field experience, and a commitment to continuing education. The IBA has no hard and fast prerequisites for course selection—only that appraisers choose courses commensurate with their BV experience.

- Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be made in writing and confirmed by IBA. Refunds less a $50 administration fee will be issued on cancellations made 30 days prior to the first day of the designated event. Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the first day of designated event will be issued a credit, which may be used towards another seminar, conference or publication and must be redeemed within 90 days. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received within 7 days of the scheduled event.
- IBA memberships are non refundable.
- In the event that a non-member purchases an IBA membership combined with IBA education, the retail cost of an IBA membership will first be deducted from the total purchase price of the membership/education fee, followed by a $50 administration fee and the cancellation policy referenced above.
